Co Enzyme 10 is something that I have to have in my medicine cabinet. I was out and decided that I wanted to try a different brand . When I went to order Co Enzyme Q10 I found this product on Amazon. I added it to my cart and was told that it was out of stock and it would not arrive until the following week. I liked the reviews and the price so I decided that it would be worth the wait. As luck would have it I received and message from Amazon that the product had shipped and it arrived early the next morning.
My blood pressure was really low before it arrived ,I took some as soon as it arrived. and went about my day. I took my blood pressure again when I got home from shopping and was pleased to see that it had come up to a good number for me. I have taken it for 3 days straight and I feel a definite good energy pick up from it. My blood pressure has stabilized to a good number for me. It does not have much taste I do remove it from the capsule and put it directly in my mouth or put it in my smoothie. I feel sure that people who take capsules would be able to swallow this with no problem. It is a high quality product and a very good value. I highly recommend this product. I have been on cholesterol medication for several years. (statins) I started to have pain and stinging in my legs and was told that is part of the side affects of statins. Someone told me to try using CQ-10 with the statins, that counter acts some of the side affects, and is just as useful as statin in itself. Two years ago, I started using CQ-10. The first bottle I didn't really see a difference( I brough straight from drug store) But the next time I ordered via amazon( same s brand.) Half way through my daily doses, I noticed my legs didn't ache, and the burning was minimum. So I continued using CQ10-200 mg. I noticed after the use of my 3rd bottle, I didn't feel any of the side effects at all. Now I don't walk to drugs store anymore, I just order online and it has been great-no complaints. I recommend it if you are on statins( cholesterol lowering medication) My cholesterol is slowly improving( I say that because I haven't always watch my eating habits like I do now. But it's improved! I already have a swallowing problem, and yet these capsules go down quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend them.

Easy to swallow, no taste or after taste.

They come not too often now.
