Sweet Dreams by Foxxy Doc - Natural Sleep Formulation

This supplement helps me sleep although it’s effect is not as long lasting as when I first began using it. However, I still continue to receive relief from migraine headaches. Probably due to the seratonin.

I bought many melatonin products before and they seem to work really good.

I like this product. I gently fall asleep and sleep deeply. When I wake up, I feel well rested.
While melatonin alone doesn't typically help me much, the 5htp and gaba combination definitely do so.

I have looked at many combinations after another product was canceled. I found this one and in my opinion a better combination. Great results so far. My sleep app says I am sleeping more sound than before.

I have used this and a similar blend for sleep support. It is not a "magic bullet" but it does seem to help me sleep. I prefer this to prescription drugs, and the PM options (Tylenol, Advil, etc). I don't feel groggy from it. It is not cheap, but I only take one and take an extra melatonin with that. I don't know if that is good or bad, but I've been doing it for quite awhile now.
