I was taking Armour thyroid but when I discovered that this was real thyroid too and cheaper than my prescription, I was happy to make the switch. If you want to use Dr. Nelson's thyroid, you need a phone appointment with her or Jenna on how to take it (very specific). They are both pleasant to work with and so helpful.
